Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

All booking payments are processed securely through SSLCommerz, a licensed online payment gateway. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is successful, a system-generated receipt is issued. Refund requests are reviewed and processed according to the terms below.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be approved in any of the following cases:

• The booking is cancelled before the scheduled start time and the cancellation is confirmed by GreenField Sports Zone.
• The facility could not be provided due to maintenance, emergency, or circumstances within management's control.
• A duplicate or accidental double payment was made for the same booking.
• A technical error during payment resulted in an incorrect or incomplete transaction.

3. Cancellation & Refund Request

To request a cancellation or refund, contact our support team before the scheduled booking time with your booking reference and payment details. Requests received after the booking time has started will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved, it is typically processed within 7–10 business days. The actual time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, or mobile banking provider.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used during checkout (card, mobile banking, or wallet). We do not process cash refunds for online payments. No alternative payment method will be used for the refund unless the original method cannot accept the transaction.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

• No-show or failure to arrive for the booked time slot.
• Cancellation requested after the scheduled booking time has begun.
• Partial or full use of the booked time slot.
• Cancellation due to personal reasons not covered under section 2 above.

7. Rescheduling

Where possible, GreenField Sports Zone may offer to reschedule a booking to another available time slot instead of a refund. Rescheduling is subject to availability and management approval.

8. Management Rights

GreenField Sports Zone reserves the right to review each refund request on a case-by-case basis and to change, cancel, or reschedule any booking due to emergency, maintenance, or unavoidable circumstances.
