1. Slot Cancellations
- Standard Cancellation: Bookings cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled slot time are eligible for a 100% refund or a free slot reschedule, subject to availability.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the slot will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Less than 24 hours before the slot: bookings are non-refundable.
2. Weather and Technical Disruptions
- All-Weather Play: Since our facility features high-grade artificial turf designed for year-round, daily usage, bookings are typically not cancelled due to standard rain.
- Force Majeure: In the rare event of extreme unsafe weather conditions, technical maintenance disruptions, or cancellation by Greenfield Sports Zone management, we will offer a full refund or an alternative booking slot.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original digital wallet, bank account, or credit card used during the online payment process within 7 to 10 working days. Actual timing may depend on the payment gateway, bank, wallet provider, or card issuer.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled slot.
- No-show bookings.
- Payment gateway, convenience, or processing charges where applicable.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation, reschedule, or refund, contact Greenfield Sports Zone support with your booking ID, transaction ID, registered mobile number, and reason for the request.
