- Booking Rules: Slots for Football/Cricket Grounds, Badminton Grounds, and the Swimming Pool are subject to availability and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Payment: All bookings must be paid for in full through our integrated online payment system or app at the time of booking to secure your slot.
- Pricing: Rates for sports grounds and slots are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Code of Conduct & Safety
- Liability: Greenfield Sports Zone uses high-quality artificial turf and maintained amenities to support player safety. However, sports activities carry inherent risks. Players and guests use the facilities at their own risk. Greenfield Sports Zone is not liable for injuries, damages, or lost personal property to the extent permitted by law.
- Property Damage: Teams or individuals will be held financially responsible for any intentional or negligent damage caused to the grounds, player dugouts, supporter galleries, changing rooms, or other facility assets.
- Prohibited Behavior: Smoking, alcohol consumption, illegal substances, and aggressive behavior are strictly prohibited on the premises.
3. Management Rights
Greenfield Sports Zone reserves the right to refuse, cancel, postpone, or reschedule bookings when required for operational, safety, maintenance, legal, or unavoidable reasons.
